交易所 App 让用户可以随时查看行情、下单、转账和管理活动，但移动端便利性也会带来新的风险。小屏幕、弱网络、通知延迟、误触、钓鱼应用和设备丢失，都可能影响交易和资产安全。移动端不是桌面端的缩小版，需要单独设置风控习惯。
下载来源要可验证
用户应从官方网站、可信应用商店或平台明确提供的渠道下载 App。搜索引擎广告、社群链接、陌生二维码和仿冒域名都可能引导到钓鱼应用。安装前应核对开发者名称、域名、证书提示和版本信息。
对推广者来说，分享开户链接时应使用稳定的官方路径，不要转发来历不明的安装包。任何要求用户关闭安全设置、安装描述文件或输入助记词的应用都应高度警惕。
快捷下单需要二次确认
移动端常见快捷买卖、滑动下单、一键平仓和推送入口。它们提高速度，也增加误操作概率。用户应检查下单确认弹窗、默认杠杆、数量单位、只减仓、止盈止损和价格类型。
尤其在合约场景中，误触一个市价单可能直接改变仓位。建议保留关键操作二次确认，不要为了几秒速度关闭所有确认步骤。
通知提醒不能替代风控
价格提醒、强平预警、登录提醒和提现提醒都很重要，但通知可能因为系统权限、省电策略、网络延迟或 App 后台限制而失效。用户不能把推送提醒当作唯一止损机制。
如果使用移动端管理仓位，应提前设置订单级止损，而不是依赖看到提醒后手动处理。对重要账户，还应在邮箱、短信和 App 内同时开启安全通知。
设备和网络环境要隔离
交易账户不应长期保存在越狱、Root、共享或频繁安装未知应用的设备上。公共 Wi-Fi、远程控制软件、剪贴板监听和恶意键盘都可能暴露账号信息。高价值账户建议使用专用设备或至少保持系统更新、屏幕锁和生物识别。
如果设备丢失，应立即通过网页端或客服冻结账户、移除登录设备、重置密码和检查 API 权限。
