加密市场全天候交易，但全天候并不代表每个时段流动性都一样。周末、节假日、重大公告前后、冷门交易对和极端行情中，永续合约盘口深度可能变薄，价差可能扩大，止损滑点也可能增加。
低流动性风险的特点是：方向判断未必错，但成交质量突然变差。
盘口深度比价格更早变化
价格还没剧烈波动前，盘口深度可能已经下降。买卖盘挂单变少、价差变宽、较小市价单就能推动价格，这些都是执行风险信号。永续合约使用杠杆后，执行误差会更快影响保证金率。
交易者如果只看 K 线，很难发现深度变化。更完整的观察应包括盘口厚度、买卖价差、最近成交量、资金费率结算时间和同类交易对是否同步异常。
周末持仓要提前写规则
周末持仓不一定错误，但需要更清楚的规则。是否降低杠杆，是否缩小仓位，是否提前止盈或减仓，是否避开资金费率结算，是否设置更保守的止损，是否允许开新仓，都应在周末前写好。
如果计划依赖随时盯盘，风险反而更高。网络延迟、手机通知、情绪疲劳和流动性突变，都可能让人工处理跟不上行情。
止损滑点要按更坏情况估算
低流动性时段，止损触发后的实际成交可能明显偏离触发价。仓位越大、交易对越薄、行情越快，滑点越可能扩大。风险预算如果只按理想止损价计算，就会低估实际亏损。
可以在交易计划中加入滑点缓冲：高流动性时段用一档假设，低流动性时段用更保守假设；若盘口深度低于最低要求，则不新开仓或只允许减仓。
社群提醒要强调暂停条件
社群和 KOL 在周末讨论行情时，容易制造“别人都在抓机会”的压力。更负责任的提醒应包括暂停条件：价差异常不交易，盘口过薄不追单，重大公告前降低杠杆，连续亏损后停止，无法盯盘时不持有高杠杆仓位。
对永续合约来说，避开无法评估的环境，本身就是风控能力的一部分。
